The yearly Xmas Skills Camp is being hosted in Edmonton again this year.
It will be held on Dec 27, 28 and 29 from 7pm to 10pm at the Kinsmen Aquatic Centre, and some dry land workouts are also being planned, with details to come.
Cost for participation is only $60 per person.
The ACPA Travel subsidy is available for this sanctioned event.
Come and burn off a few of those holiday calories and get yourself ready for the Cottonwood Tournament in January or the Cup of the North in February.
