Slalom Canoe Kayak Community:
Saturday December 8th was the Alberta Slalom Canoe Kayak, 2012 Annual General Meeting. Thanks to those who gave up a December Saturday to help us build our sport. It was wonderful to see some new faces out for this meeting.
Much gratitude was extended to the Board members who completed their terms and are moving on to other challenges.
- Connor Curson, has been our Secretary for the past two years while studying at UBC. Thanks Connor for giving back to your sport!
- Greg Hunter is moving on after approximately 20 years of support to slalom in Alberta. Thank you doesn't seem to be nearly sufficient to express our gratitude for all that Greg and his family have done for slalom over the years. Thank you Greg!
