A 2 day beginner course is being offered in conjunction with the 3 Rivers Whitewater Rendezvous down in Pincher Creek over the May long weekend. This is a wonderful festival with lots of paddlers attending to kick off the 2015 paddling season. Cost is only $125 and includes instruction and equipment but you are advised to borrow or rent the equipment just to make sure it fits you best. This course is for brand new novice paddlers, still dry behind the ears, and would like a 2 day lake and river beginner kayak course. The course starts with a session in the pool before going to the lake on Day 1. The second day will be on the best novice teaching river in Alberta.
