Insurance Description

Commercial General Liability Insurance – AWA provides Commercial General Liability Insurance, brokered by BMS Canada Risk Services Ltd. (BMS), to its member clubs at no additional cost. Commercial General Liability insurance (CGL) is automatically included in your membership and provides coverage to protect against claims arising from bodily injury or property damage that you may cause to another person as a result of your approved AWA activities.
Sports Accident Insurance (Optional) – AWA members also have the option to participate in AWA’s member Sports Accident Insurance policy, brokered by BMS. Sports Accident Insurance Coverage is available to members to protect them in the event of injury when acting as a participant, manager, or coach during approved club/AWA programming and events.
