Pre-Games Training Camp
We will be hosting two days of training in Calgary prior to the Alberta Summer Games to support the development of coaches and athletes. It is recommended that the zone coaches attend with their athletes.
The training will take place on the Irrigation Canal at Bow Waters Canoe Club in SE Calgary.
Cost: $40
Tuesday - 9am-5pm
Wednesday - 9am-5pm
Accommodations: Bow Waters Canoe Clubhouse (bring your own mat and sleeping bag). Chaperones required if staying overnight
Zone 3 Alberta Zone Trials
April 12 and/or 19th 6:30-8p
Zone Trials - Standardized obstacle course with ball skills
Hosted by Waterwerks Kayak Club
Trials are open to all youth age 11-17 and they can attend as many as they want to get their best time.

The Alberta Summer Games will be held this summer in Okotoks July 20-23, 2023.
Rocky will be hosting zone trials for the Alberta Summer Games on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at the Credit Union Coop Aquatic Centre from 4-6pm. Participants are welcome to bring their own equipment or if they are needing equipment and plan to use the Rocky Canoe Club’s, please have them be in touch with myself, Kelly (muyresjk@gmail.com) or Jolene (jojam@ymail.com)
