Kicking Horse Paddle Festival on Aug 23 and 24, 2014, is a multiday paddle festival based in Golden, BC Canada. There is an activity, race, clinic or fun-run for all abilities on nearby rivers in Kicking Horse Country.

Try some whitewater kayaking/canoeing/rafting on the Kicking Horse River. Or, build your own improvised raft and race it down the Columbia River. Maybe try a SUP session on the Blaeberry River. And that is not all. Check our schedule of events to find out about all the clinics, fun river runs and races with prizes!

The festival is not complete without music, and the Golden Sound Festival is in full swing that evening in downtown Golden, with a free concert for the family in Spirit Square.
